Void itself is a game engine prototype. I mainly use it as a container
for ideas to play around with.
Unlike graphics engines, its rendering module isn't the most
up-to-date one. Don't expect any fancy graphics, per pixel stuff
or vertex shaders at this time.
However, it offers various additional - game logic - related modules,
such as an entity manager, a gui toolkit, and a file system layer.
Additionally, an important goal throughout the project was to keep
a clean design for the entire codebase.
Feel free to grab the source or prebuilt binaries and play around
with it.

I'm from Germany, currently living in a small city named Bayreuth. At the time of this writing, I'm studying mathematics in the fourth and applied computer sciences in the sixth term.

I do indeed spend all too much time sitting in front of a CRT display. However, whenever I don't, I also enjoy sports, such as climbing or swimming. Other interests include playing the piano, politics, and philosophy.
